Using high-strength aluminum alloy, it achieves both lightweighting and structural strength: The material density is only 1/3 of that of steel, effectively reducing the vehicle's load and reducing fuel consumption; after special strengthening treatment, the impact resistance of the cover body increases by 40%, and the surface undergoes a dual process of anodizing + high-temperature spraying, forming a corrosion-resistant protective film. It is not prone to deformation or rust even in extreme environments of -30℃ to 60℃, and the service life can reach over 10 years.

 

The cover can evenly bear a load of up to 800kg. When carrying heavy items such as building materials, outdoor equipment, and tools in daily life, it is unlikely to deform. The bottom adopts a reinforced grid structure to disperse local pressure. Combined with anti-slip rubber pads, it prevents the goods from sliding and colliding during transportation, ensuring driving safety.
