Freight calculation and free shipping policy
Billing method: Calculated based on the order weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater), with pricing available upon consultation with customer service.
Free shipping threshold:
Orders from Europe and America: Free standard shipping for orders over $500
Special goods: For large/heavy items, we use UPS/FedEx's dedicated large item shipping service, with shipping fees calculated separately.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
