Return and exchange process


1. Application and review
Send an email to our customer service email address (service@autopartsells.com), with the subject indicating "Return/Exchange Application + Order Number". In the body of the email, explain the reason for the application and attach supporting documents.
Our customer service team will review your application within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email or a message within the platform informing you of the return address and relevant precautions. If your application is not approved, specific reasons will be provided.

2. Return of goods
Please send back the product to the return address provided by customer service. It is recommended to choose a courier service that provides trackable logistics information and retain the tracking number.
When returning the item, please ensure that the packaging is intact and send the item, original packaging, accessories, and relevant order vouchers together to avoid any damage to the item during transportation.
If the product is damaged due to your failure to package it as required, we reserve the right to reject your return or exchange request.

3. Commodity acceptance and handling
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct an inspection and acceptance within 3 working days.
If the product meets the return and exchange conditions:
Return: Once confirmed, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days and returned to your original payment account. The specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment platform;
Replacement: We will promptly replace the item with the same model or equivalent value and ship it to you. The shipping costs incurred by the replacement will be borne by us (excluding cases where the replacement request is due to personal reasons).
If the product does not meet the return or exchange criteria, we will send the product back to you at your expense and notify you via email of the reason.

4. Freight payment rules
For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, incorrect/missing items, or description discrepancies: We will bear the return and shipping costs. When you send back the product, please pay the shipping fee in advance. Once we receive and approve the product, we will refund the shipping fee to you via a coupon or transfer (please keep the shipping receipt).
Unreasonable return and exchange due to personal reasons: You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, and you also need to pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item we send out (you can choose to pay on delivery or transfer the payment in advance).
If the product is returned due to your failure to package or send it back as required, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Due to the high cost of overseas logistics, if you apply for a return or exchange without a valid reason due to personal reasons, you will need to bear the higher return shipping fee. For specific costs, please consult customer service.
